My training and experience as a photographer

Carolina es de nacionalidad chilena-noruega y trabaja como fotógrafo independiente desde 1988, especializada en artes escénicas, artes expresivas, publicidad y foto-reportaje socio y etno-cultural. Su amor por las personas y su curiosidad por integrarse y aprender de lejanas culturas e idiosincrasias, la han llevado a vivir en varios países, aprender varios oficios y dominar 8 idiomas.
Como ella misma dice: "Voy a donde fluye la vida, donde siento que hay un nuevo capítulo por escribir, un nuevo tesoro por descubrir, una nueva sinfonía por componer".
Carolina is of Chilean-Norwegian nationality and working as a Freelance Photographer since 1988 specializing in Performing Arts, Expressive Fine Art, Advertising, Street & Socio-documentation and Ethno-cultural photography. Her love for people and her curiosity to integrate and learn about their culture and idiosyncrasy, has taken her around the globe living in various countries, working in different professions, and having learnt 8 languages.

Estudió cine en Conservatoire Libre du Cinema Français y cine-documental en Ateliers Varan en París y fotografía y video FOCUS School of Photography, Video & New Media en Atenas, Grecia.
Ha realizado varias exposiciones y participado como expositora invitada en varios países. Su trabajo ha sido publicado en la prensa nacional e internacional junto con la creación de portafolios para prestigiosos artistas en Europa y America Latina.
She studied cinema in Conservatoire Libre du Cinema Français and documentary filmmaking in Ateliers Varan in París and photography and video in FOCUS School of Photography, Video & New Media in Athens, Greece.
She has held several exhibitions as well as participated as invited guest-exhibitor around the globe. Her work has been published in both national and international press together with creating portfolios for prestigious professionals and artists both in Europe and South America.

Desde 2010 ha estado involucrada en Proyectos Filantrópicos trabajando como fotógrafa, desarrolladora de proyectos internacionales y Terapeuta Integrativa para la Salud Global y la Integración de comunidades desplazadas utilizando sus conocimientos en Terapia Artes Expresivas, Acupuntura Orientada al Trauma y rehabilitación de grupos vulnerables por medio de la creatividad y el arte.
Since 2010 she has been involved in Philanthropic Projects working as a photographer, international project's developer and Integrative Therapist for Global Health and Displaced Communities Integration applying her expertise in Expressive Arts Therapy, Trauma Oriented Acupuncture and Community Art Healing.
